For residential use, the basic warranty on furniture and appliances is 1 year, but some companies may offer longer coverage. Refer to your appliance manufacturer's guide for more information.

Yes, we can extend your protection plan by adding an additional 2 or 4 years of protection.

Yes, it is possible to extend my protection plan on individual items. However, it is important to contact us at least 30 days before your warranty expires. Contact an agent by e-mail for more information.

Online purchases: Visa and Master Card.
In-store purchases: Cash, cheque, debit card, Visa and Master Card. Payments by bank transfer are also accepted.

Purchase order / Contract

For purchases made online, you will find your number in the ORDER INFORMATION section, under reference number: 1449-204546-XXXXXX. For in-store purchases, you'll find your number in the upper right-hand corner of your order form.

A delivery fee of 50$ will be charged on each purchase order, with the exception of certain companies which have additional fees.

All factory-made items will be unpacked and inspected at the time of delivery. Unassembled items will be delivered in a box. You will have 48 hours to report any cosmetic damage.

Delivery is available 3 days after the date of purchase.

Yes, it's possible. Simply notify your advisor at the time of purchase. However, your machine will have to be unplugged and ready to go.
