Spotting
The first 5 years:
We'll send a technician to clean the stain. If the stain persists, we'll repair the furniture. If repair is impossible, we'll replace it!
After 5 years:
We'll send a technician to do one stain removal only, for another five years.

Accidental cuts, incisions and punctures
Accidental cuts, incisions and punctures caused by animals are not included in this coverage.

Not so fine printing
- The service experience begins from the date of delivery of your new furniture to your home against ALL STAINS, including applicable premium covers.
- To qualify for service, claims must be reported within 14 days of the incident causing the stain.
- Stains caused by misuse, abuse or of an intentional nature are excluded and are not eligible for service.
- The maximum liability of the service plan is the original purchase price, less applicable taxes, for the stained or defective item only, as shown on the invoice.
- Service is provided only for the stained item and does not cover the cleaning, repair or replacement of "pairs" or "sets" of furniture purchased at the same time as the stained item.
- Stains caused by corrosives or general soiling that do not show up within 24 hours are not eligible for service.
- The ALL SPOTS SERVICE experience does not cover damage, defects or inherent characteristics of any kind; other than those listed above. Damage (other than stains) caused by animals, particularly to leather/leatherette upholstery, is excluded and is not eligible for service.
- With regard to engine component coverage, we offer our customers a full parts and labor service for a total of 5 years (including the manufacturer's warranty period), in addition to the legal warranty. The legal warranty applies to Quebec residents.
- Repairs or replacements due to (a) defective metal frame components for mobile furniture or (b) due to misuse, mishandling or abuse of any kind are excluded and are not eligible for service.
- Furniture with or without motorized components used for non-residential purposes is not eligible for service.
- After-sales service is not provided for loss or damage resulting from failure to perform manufacturer's recommended maintenance; and loss or damage resulting from external causes such as, but not limited to, battery packs, faulty wiring, power failure, fire, flood, windstorm, hail, lightning, earthquake, theft, misuse or abuse and connection to other products
- Repair, replacement or cleaning of batteries, bulbs, fuses, filters, shelves, drawers, cables or any added devices or peripherals are not eligible or included in this service experience.
- All software and data recovery are not covered by this service experience
- The total combined period of the service experience and the original manufacturer's warranty will not exceed five (5) years, except for stains.
- The duration of the service plan on all applicable remote controls is limited to 1 (one) year after operational failure due to defective materials or workmanship, and does not cover misuse, batteries or avoidable damage.
- If the owner of the service experience requires in-home service and the plan holder fails to keep the in-home service appointment, he/she will be responsible for payment of the service call, based on industry rates in effect at the time of the service call.
